Dawn

Gathering sleep in pale blue light,
I find a bed of white clouds.
Not tired per say but ready for dreams,
Enveloping me in dawn's soft pink.
My stars are fading though shortly ago
They shone bright white against my black hair.
Good morning children of day.
Say sleep well to this child of night.
